The shopping mall occupies 20.000 square meter area and houses 80 shops on 5 levels. The mall constitutes the »New Centre« which is planned by the local authorities. The Forum, a plaza, where the revitalized old part of the complex and the newly erected building meet, is an interesting feature in the project.
