We have been planning the lighting for the headquarters of the Knauber leisure market in Bonn since the beginning of 2017. The lighting concept is being implemented step by step in the various halls and parts of the building. Essentially, a flexible and modularly equipped light strip system using LED technology replaces the old lighting with fluorescent lamps. With a basic installation, both general lighting can be guaranteed over large areas and, in special areas, the goods can be accentuated with the help of spotlights and the visitor's attention can be drawn. In the area of the more male-heavy goods such as tools and building materials, a neutral white with 4000K is law. The creative and artistic product ranges, which have a customer share of well over 60% female visitors and are more aimed at a homely context, are equipped with warm white 3000K. Round, large-area lights mark the information and checkout areas, visible from afar.
